About Me

I have been interested in health and wellness for most of my adult life, but it was a misinformed rocky path of fad diets and trendy eating habits that resulted in me being far from healthy.

Creating sustainable harmony within the connection of healthy lifestyle, mindset and nutrition took a lot of time and hard work.  Nothing is ever going to be perfect, but building solid habits and having an awareness of self makes it easier to course-correct when life throw’s you a curveball!

By learning lifestyle habits that worked for me as an individual, I also learned that overall health is much more than what is on your plate. By looking at my life as a whole, finding areas of my life that needed healing, nurturing and focus, I was able to create balance and wellness in all areas of my life. Living your best life or reaching your health goals is not an overnight job. It is an on-going, ever-changing journey that requires a lot of hard work.

I want to help people achieve whole health in their own lives. By providing guidance, support and accountability, I can work with you to reach your goals.
